Weight Training Guidelines: In order to use the strengthening you must watch this video and fill out the Weight Training Guidelines Form.  This form is only filled out ONCE: Weight Training Guidelines

Covid Form: You must fill this form out before EACH visit to the Complete Game facility: Covid Form

Rapsodo: You should have received an email from Rapsodo confirming your account.  Watch this video to guide you:


  • You can book Facility Use in addition to one training session per day.  Do not book a double Developmental or Developmental on a day you have Group Training (on your calendar)
  • When you book be sure to add it to your Phone calendar by clicking the link on the confirmation page or confirmation email
  • If you have your Strength Program book Facility Use strength times.  If you DO NOT have a program yet you must book Developmental.  Only players with a program can book Facility Use Strength
